Frigid Inside and Out

Global warming frauds aren’t like us. They pretend they’re compassionate while skeptics are cold-hearted, but the opposite is true. WhatsUpWithThat.com quotes one fraud, the late Steven Schneider, pretending compassion motives scientists to lie about global warming. “On the one hand, as scientists we are ethically bound to the scientific method, in effect promising to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but — which means that we must include all the doubts, the caveats, the ifs, ands, and buts. On the other hand, we are not just scientists but human beings as well. And like most people we’d like to see the world a better place, which in this context translates into our working to reduce the risk of potentially disastrous climatic change. To do that we need to get some broad based support, to capture the public’s imagination,” he claimed. “That, of course, entails getting loads of media coverage. So we have to offer up scary scenarios, make simplified, dramatic statements, and make little mention of any doubts we might have. This ‘double ethical bind’ we frequently find ourselves in cannot be solved by any formula. Each of us has to decide what the right balance is between being effective and being honest.”
It’s ironic that such an unethical person lectured others about ethics. While normal people think honesty is the best policy, the global warming frauds are lying to us and laughing at us. Like politicians, they have no moral compunction against lying.
But while most of the frauds are minor psychopaths motivated by greed - hunger for our tax money - the ones who created this fraud and still form its animating core are monsters. Every now and then these sociopaths accidentally tell the truth so we can see them for what they really are. For example, Guy McPherson, emeritus professor from the University of Arizona, recently, publicly recommended societal suicide.
The Daily Caller reports, “McPherson appeared on Paul Henry’s New Zealand-based talk program to warn that global warming was ‘irreversible’ and the only way to stop it is to ‘terminate industrial civilization.’
“‘I think there’s ample chance we can save the living planet, but not our species. … Some people think that this whole thing is about us,’ McPherson told the Paul Henry Show. ‘We just showed up… I don’t think this is about us, I think it’s about the living planet.’”
He wants to kill billions of people. Not himself or people like him, of course. Just the rest of us. This is the kind of freak rulers hire with our tax dollars to teach children and whom they promote to the tops of their fields.
These frauds talk about science, but they don’t practice it. The planet has experienced no statistically significant global warming for 18 years and one month even though atmospheric CO2 continues to increase. Their theory has been falsified, but they don’t stop. They still want to rob us. They still want to kill us. And since the frauds control the government and meteorology organizations, they’re accomplishing both.
Last year the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), because it’s controlled by frauds, predicted a moderate winter while both of America’s oldest farmer’s almanacs predicted a bitterly cold winter. We know how that worked out.
This year is a repeat. The farmer’s almanacs are again predicting a bitterly cold winter and NOAA is again predicting a moderate winter. Successful meteorologists predict another polar vortex. NOAA predicts no polar vortex. Trust NOAA at your peril.
You might think NOAA’s politically-motivated predictions are harmless, but they’re not. Every local government is short of salt this year because so much was used last year and not enough was produced because of bogus forecasts. Instead of providing salt to make roads safe, the government is providing warnings of slick roads because of the salt shortage. Gee, thanks. People already died on slick, local roads.
Climate Policy Initiative reports, “The Global Landscape of Climate Finance 2013 finds that global climate finance flows have plateaued at USD 359 billion, or around USD 1 billion per day – far below even the most conservative estimates of investment needs.”
That fantastic waste of resources on a fraud leaves us unprepared for dealing with real weather and climate issues like frigid winters, snow and ice. For example, the Great Lakes are six degrees colder than normal, and that means they’ll likely break the record of ice extent set last winter, yet the ice-breaking fleet is unprepared.
The impact doesn’t stop there. The growing season has been shortened in both spring and fall. One-fifth of Ohio’s corn crop got buried in snow. Fortunately, increasing CO2 is increasing crop yields.
The global warming fraud is unscientific, immoral and destructive. Other than the global warming profiteers, everybody would be better off if we kept the money the government steals from us in our pockets to save, invest and spend to improve our own lives and the lives of everybody we’re connected to. We can best adapt to inevitable, natural climate change using our own resources.
